ALIEN

1. What is the subject of your illustration and why did you choose it? The subject of my illustration is Ellen Ripley, the main character of the movie. I chose her because she is a recognizable figure in the movie.

2. What do you like about your art? Explain. I really like the way I did the Alien in her stomach. I feel like it ties the whole piece of art together.

3. What advice would you give another student before they begin the pictogram technique? Explain. Some advice I would give to another student attempting this project is to pick a simple pictogram to do. This is because bigger, simpler, shapes are easier to make.
